Council approves postdevelopment stormwater code changes
Roswell approved an ordinance replacing Chapter 7, Article 7.2 (postdevelopment stormwater management) on second reading to align code of ordinances with UDC stormwater updates; the vote was unanimous.

The council adopted amendments to the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 7 Article 7.2, updating postdevelopment stormwater management standards (item 10477). Assistant City Attorney Cusack read the ordinance language; Brian Watson indicated this code change mirrors the UDC 12.5 replacement adopted earlier and had already cleared planning commission review and first reading.
