The commission approved the March 4 meeting minutes as part of a consent agenda and decided not to cancel the June 3 Planning Commission work meeting after staff said design development review resources would be available.

During its May 20 meeting the Springdale Planning Commission approved the consent agenda, including the March 4 meeting minutes, and recorded the approval by voice vote. Paul Zimmerman moved to approve the consent agenda and Rich Swanson seconded; commissioners voted in favor.
