County authorizes $20,000 feasibility study for Topaz Wash drainage improvements

A county presenter identified as Todd told commissioners Topaz Wash has flooded multiple times and runs down the back of several dozen lots, noting past private ponding had provided control but was later breached. He said a feasibility study by Horrocks LLC would evaluate options to manage runoff, including the possibility of rebuilding a pond on private property if beneficial for downstream properties.
