The Cheney Planning Commission approved revisions to the Comprehensive Plan introduction on Sept. 28, adopting language intended to improve clarity and to add a short implementation strategies section required by state rule. Chairman Ron Valencia re-opened the continued public hearing before the commission voted to adopt the changes.
