The Springdale Town Council met in a special work session April 3 at the Canyon Community Center to review its rules of procedure and code of conduct and to give staff direction on potential revisions. Tom Denzy, the staff contact for the item, told the council that “the state law requires um all public bodies to adopt rules of procedure for the operation of their meetings.”
