Perryton Independent School District trustees convened a board workshop on March 16, 2026, at the district administration building to discuss long-term planning for the district. President Wes Beal opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m., announced a seven-member quorum, and said that "the meeting had been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government code Chapter 551."
