Kittitas County held a joint public hearing on Sept. 17 and voted to approve changes to county code chapter 13.40 that expand who may receive county-held water-right mitigations. The board adopted Resolution No. 2026-001 recommending amendments, then approved Ordinance No. 26-005 to amend chapter 13.40.
