Board plans RFQ/RFP for permanent solicitor, keeps interim appointment

Chair (speaker S1) told the board the meeting packet would include a new 'old business' section to track prior open items and that the board previously approved an interim solicitor (referred to as Mr. Evald). The Chair said the board "by the next meeting, which, is in October, we will have RFQ, RFP, draft available" for review; one member recalled March as the prior expectation.
