The West Fargo Public Library Board voted to hold its annual board orientation in place of the regular November meeting. The board agreed to replace the normal meeting with an orientation session on November 12 at 5:00 p.m. at the library and approved the change by motion: "Motion passes for orientation on November 12 at 5PM."
