On motion of Commissioner Dahmer, and by unanimous vote, the Commission signed a deed conveying the Pendleton County Courthouse back to the Pendleton County Commission from the Pendleton County Building Commission. Commissioners recorded completion of the annex project as the reason for returning the deed.
