Public works staff asked the Kittitas County commissioners to continue the public hearing on a proposed property transfer and lease with Central Washington University for the university's flight-program hangar. Josh Frederick, speaking for public works, said CWU and the city of Ellensburg raised additional questions about lease language and more work is needed before the county can finalize the agreement.
