Planning staff told the Kittitas County Planning Commission that a set of proposed edits will make clearer which appeals route applies to different permit types. "This involves red revisions to 3 different sections, title 15," the presenter said, describing edits to environmental, project/application and comprehensive-plan inspection sections to distinguish administrative from legislative processes.
