The Town Board opened a public hearing on a proposed Cell Tower law and voted unanimously to move forward with the law (Resolution #33) after public comment from Tyler McCann. The board will pursue the ordinance process following the motion.

The Town of Chateaugay Board opened a public hearing at 6:20 p.m. on a proposed Cell Tower law, with Supervisor Donald Bilow moving to open the hearing and Irving Monette seconding. Tyler McCann appeared during the hearing and "spoke in favor of the Town having a Cell Tower Law in place." The hearing closed at 6:27 p.m.
