Two members of the public addressed the Kingsville ISD Board during the public participation portion of the Jan. 21 meeting. Mayra Sandoval, identified in the meeting as a parent, raised concerns about district process; Elizabeth Ramos, identified as a community member, asked the board to hold a workshop to address the issue.
