The Jasper ISD Board voted Dec. 8 to cast the district's votes for candidates to the Jasper County Appraisal District Board. On a motion by Board President Ira Bean, the board cast 835 votes for Mike Kinnear and 223 votes for Dr. Dean Miller to serve as the district's representative on the appraisal district board. The motion carried by unanimous vote of trustees present.
