The Itasca ISD board approved a Notice of Election setting Nov. 4, 2025 as the election date at its regular meeting on Sept. 8. Trustee Susan Bason moved the motion and Trustee Chris Slagle seconded; the motion passed 6–0 with Trustee Beto Rodriguez absent.
