Following a closed executive session held under Government Code 554.074 to discuss personnel, the Ingram ISD Board reconvened in open session at 7:22 PM and voted to approve employment contracts as presented by the superintendent. Jack Fairchild moved the approval, Wayne McClintock seconded, and the motion carried 7–0.
