Justin Sadoff of BCS Management said the district’s funds are "very healthy" but that he would "delay that 1 more month" on a recommendation because of a discrepancy between what was approved and what was actually paid out; he said he will work with Amy and Chris over the next two weeks and return with a formal recommendation focused on transfers and capital allocations.
