Jeff Peters, the county's financial consultant, told the committee that essential income-tax data needed for precise modeling is not yet available. "That income tax data is not there," he said, explaining that adjusted gross income (AGI) data and parcel-level mapping are incomplete in many counties and that changes in state legislation will further complicate modeling.
