After a closed session that began at 7:09 p.m. under multiple Texas Government Code provisions, the GOLIAD ISD Board returned to open session and approved contracts discussed in closed session. Jason Howard moved to approve the contracts; Daniel San Miguel seconded, and the motion carried 7–0.
