Montgomery County planning staff recommended and the planning board approved DPR 2026-2, a development plan submitted by Vault Alliance to place a carbon sequestration well site on a 2.76-acre parcel in the 2000 East block of 1200 North. The board voted by voice after a brief presentation and no members of the public spoke during the hearing.
