Connor Fitzpatrick, Collections Division supervisor, presented one candidate for a vacant Augusta Fire Service Area trustee seat, saying the applicant met residency and voter registration requirements. Fitzpatrick asked the commission to appoint David Rangwa to serve the remainder of the term until the next regular election in May 2026.
