The Fairfield ISD Board of Trustees voted 7–0 to authorize the purchase of new refrigeration equipment for the Intermediate school's walk‑in cooler and freezer. Board member Ashlee Daniel moved the motion and Kim Whitaker seconded; the motion passed without recorded opposition.
