The Fallon City Council voted to adopt Bill No. 811 as Ordinance #792 on June 2, 2026, updating and clarifying provisions related to the Fire Department, the Fire Board, and officer qualifications and duties. Mayor Ken Tedford told the Council the County Commission had passed the same ordinance and staff had coordinated drafts with county officials.
