The Lewis and Clark County Commission approved the vendor claims report (consent action item 2a) by voice vote. CAO Roger Balts presented the claim packet and staff recommended approval; the motion passed 2–0.

The Lewis and Clark County Commission approved the vendor claims report listed in the meeting packet as consent action item 2a during its Jan. 29, 2026 meeting. Roger Balts, the county's chief administrative officer, presented the item and said, "Staff recommends approval of that item," after which Commissioner Andy Henthausen moved approval and Chair Tom Rolfe seconded.
