During the Nov. 10 meeting the board took several procedural actions. On Motion #6233 the board authorized casting its allocated votes to five nominees to the Childress County Appraisal District board — Leslie Bruce, James Driver, Jeremy Hill, Dr. Ricky Nall and C.T. Taylor — for the Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2027 term. The resolution carried 7–0.
