Roger Baltz read the staff report recommending appointment of John Palmquist to a partial term on the Forestvale Historic Preservation Committee that expires Aug. 31, 2028. Commissioner Candace Payne moved to appoint Palmquist; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously after no public comment.
