The CANADIAN ISD Board of Trustees voted to adopt the Hemphill County Hazard Mitigation Plan on Dec. 17. Trustee Bryan Bartlett moved the resolution and Trustee Heath Mitchell seconded; the motion passed by a unanimous vote of 7–0.
