County flags small changes for special districts, RIDs and a Lincoln Hospital levy

During the levy presentation County CFO Frank Cornwell called attention to a few special-district items that will affect tax calculations. He said Marysville and Scratch Gravel landfill districts have rate changes tied to construction of a new landfill site in the Scratch Gravel District and that staff must double-check tax-system rules to ensure the changes are reflected correctly.
