Jessica Makas, special districts coordinator, presented Resolution 2026-68 proposing a $260 per-property annual assessment for 11 benefiting properties in the Ryan's Lane Rural Improvement District; maintenance costs were estimated at $2,860 per year and the improvement portion was reduced because actual construction costs came in lower than estimated.
