Staff presented a revised, shorter mobile/transient license application and a nine‑page mobile unit resource guide intended to make requirements clearer for food trucks, farmers‑market vendors and seasonal stands. The director said the guide was developed in collaboration with Milwaukee and will be used as a Vernon County resource.
