The committee approved Resolution 2026-28 amending the 2026 approved water utility budget to fund the Century Avenue utility relocation project. Madeline, speaking for Public Works, moved the resolution and Alder Angel Baines seconded; Chair Alder Crowell called the question and the motion passed.
