The committee declared Saia Communications, Inc. a single-source provider and authorized the chairman to sign a contract for Simulcast Upgrades at the Castile, Wethersfield, Attica and Arcade towers in an amount not to exceed $29,480.26, effective July 14, 2026 through project completion.
