Stephen Pangori of Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick presented the City’s Infrastructure Capital Improvement Program (CIP), describing estimated replacement costs for 4‑ and 6‑inch water mains, prioritized sanitary/combined sewer and storm sewer needs, and benefits of an organized water and sewer CIP. The presentation included a proposed 6‑year street CIP and an Infrastructure Needs Map illustrating proposed street and sewer programs for the next seven fiscal years.
