The board approved a technical correction to a previously adopted Nicholson subdivision modification resolution after staff identified an incorrect Suffach County tax‑map lot number cited in a prior condition. Planning staff explained the original resolution referenced the wrong neighboring lot number and that the corrective resolution amends the record to cite the correct parcel (11.3). The board moved to adopt the amendment and carried it by consensus.
