Staff pulled the board of appeals agenda item because materials were incomplete and the item had not been fully reviewed. Committee members recalled earlier April discussions about fire‑code standards and a fee schedule, but said they were unsure whether an additional appendix (referred to as Appendix B in the exchange) or other items had been formally adopted.
