At its March 4 meeting at the Canyon Community Center, the Springdale Planning Commission reviewed two non-action items directed by the town council: amendments to Chapter 10-21 on repair and refurbishment of non-complying residential buildings and proposed rules for renovating non-complying commercial buildings. Staff summarized draft ordinance language and commissioners provided technical edits and clarifications.
