Rick’s Pro Truck received conditional use approval to add enclosed storage/warehousing in the C-2 district and the Board approved the site's site plan, including an applicant-requested additional curb cut that Planning staff had initially recommended removing. The Board noted the site sits within a floodplain and will be required to meet all applicable floodplain development and elevation requirements.
