Walmart plan includes EV chargers and redesigned pickup; town code limits may require ZBA sign relief
The proposal for 3800 Dewey Avenue would add five EV chargers (10 EV spaces), widen pickup spaces and slightly reduce total parking; planning staff noted code limits on the number of charging spaces and said any variance for additional signage must go to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
