Town staff reported the town streets on the east side of Route 220 will be paved Sept. 14–18. The minutes state that PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) sampling will take place Sept. 16 and will be performed by Virginia DEQ and WVWA; sampling is scheduled to occur twice per year going forward.
