The Downtown Development Authority requested temporary street closures for two upcoming downtown events: a Back to School Bash on Aug. 8, 2026, and the Riverside Music & Arts Festival on Sept. 12. Staff outlined closures and times: Water Street and West Street to Broad Street from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the Back to School Bash, and for the festival, multiple segments of West Street and Water Street would be closed from 8 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.
