Roy Oliver presented an application for an alcoholic-beverage consumption retail license submitted by Kirk Jenkins, owner of J3 Barbecue at 1408 Tallahassee Highway. "Applicant Kirk Jenkins, owner of J3 Barbecue located at 1408 Tallahassee Highway. Uh, has applied for a malt beverage consumption retail license. And we find the application in order and recommend approval," Oliver said.
