Plan Commission authorizes advertisement for revised Dancing Waters subdivision
Developers told the commission the Dancing Waters plan was scaled back to a single private residence lot plus two outlots (including lake area); the commission authorized advertising the revised one-lot subdivision.

Dan Torrance of Torrance Engineering and Dennis Myers (Myer Premier Properties) said the Dancing Waters proposal was revised after public feedback: rather than several lots and duplexes, the developer now intends a single private residence lot plus outlots that include parts of Bingo Lake and adjacent retention/pond areas. "His intention is to build his own residence on the property, one house, one lot," Torrance said.
