The Selectboard reviewed a summary distributed by Selectboard member Jessica Pendleton of her conversation with Dave, Sunderland’s zoning administrator, about how Sunderland manages its short-term rental (STR) program. Pendleton told the board the intent is not to disrupt existing short-term rentals currently operating in town.
