Administrator Joy and Attorney Massih reviewed edits to the Library Board Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) and recommended the board accept changes to Exhibit A that clarify term dates and cycles. Joy told the board the town and library are prepared to sign the IGA but the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) wants to meet to discuss staggering of terms.
