Enissa 'Pebbles' Borine reported prior concerns about a proposal at 101 Quaker Lane and said she had raised them with Chair Zoe Warner and with Bobbi Tower of the Shade Tree Commission. Warner told members she had spoken with Dan Daley to learn more about potential stormwater and environmental impacts.
