Wasco County staff noted a required governing-body acknowledgement for the Oregon Local Government Intermediate Fund (OLGIF) in the meeting packet, but the Board deferred reading and recording that acknowledgement to its Oct. 7 meeting because Finance Director Mike Middleton was not available on Sept. 23.
