Council accepted a bid from Battaglear Concrete to replace 120 feet of curb and sidewalk on East Main for $17,300. Kolby Lay moved to accept the bid, Sharon Hoyt seconded, and the vote passed 5/0. The contractor indicated, weather permitting, work should be completed by the Edna Smoke and Motor Show.
