Yavapai County Development Services presented a revised final plat for Highlands Unit 2 to split Lot 12 (2.14 acres) into three parcels. Planner Becca Sarakis said the applicant had obtained the 100% signature requirement from property owners within the subdivision, satisfying the county’s subdivision regulations, and staff recommended approval.
