Under Old Business the DDA reviewed multiple ongoing development initiatives. Michael Kimm summarized progress on the Hamlet Project and reported a follow-up with Leeward Ventures; Papke is updating a proposal focused on phasing and a community concept. The board was also advised that CWD Real Estate Investment has received the RFP and an initial proposal is expected by March 1.
